These terms explain the current Dah Glow Gift Card purchase and redemption process. Review the details shown at checkout before buying, and contact us if you need help with a specific gift card.
Gift card purchases are completed through Shopify checkout. Dah Glow issues a Shopify Gift Card only after payment for the order has been independently verified. The amount, currency, and other purchase details shown at checkout apply to your order.
Shopify sends the gift card notification to the recipient email address entered during purchase. If you choose a future delivery time, Shopify handles the scheduled notification and aims to send it within an hour of the selected time after payment is verified.
Check that the recipient email address is correct before completing checkout. Delivery timing can be affected by email-provider processing or filtering.
Enter the gift card code in the gift card field at Shopify checkout. Shopify validates the code and applies any eligible remaining balance to the order. The checkout determines whether a gift card can be combined with a discount for that purchase; review the final total before paying.
Use the secure balance checker on the Dah Glow Gift Cards page to request the current balance and status from Shopify. Keep your gift card code private and share it only with the intended recipient.
